You can manage Groups using the Webroot Endpoint Protection console. Groups are a good way to organize endpoints and can help make administration easier.

When a Site is created, the system automatically creates a group called the Default Group. Devices and IPs are assigned to the Default Group as they check-in. Admins can create new groups in the Endpoint Protection console under the Group Management tab to organize entities as needed. Once a group has been created, it is a simple process to move devices and IPs.

Tip: To be able to modify the Group Management tab, the admin user must be setup in the Webroot Management console with the Account Type Super Admin.

Note: If you are using DNS Protection, it is recommended to manage Groups using the Webroot Management console. The Endpoint Protection console only manages endpoint protection policies. Click here for more information.
