ePSA Error Code 2000-8005

Error message: LCD BIST not supported.

The LCD BIST is not supported on some computers and in some older versions of the BIOS.
Update to the latest BIOS, for more information refer to Dell Knowledge Base article How to Download and Install a Driver.

Re-run the diagnostics, if you receive the same error code then your computer does not support this test.

  Remove any and all power sources Including but not limited to: AC Adapter, Battery, or Desktop Power Cord, before you remove or reinstall an item in your computer.
