Error message: LCD panel - User provided no input for LCD BIST

You will get this error when the test was waiting for a response from you and the test timed out.

Update to the latest BIOS, for more information refer to Dell Knowledge Base article How to Download and Install a Driver.
Re-run the diagnostics.
