ePSA Error Code 2000-0314

Error message: Thermal: The ([S]) reading ([D]C) exceeds the thermal limit.

Update to the latest BIOS, for more information refer to Dell Knowledge Base article How to Download and Install a Driver.

Check Event Log for thermal events, including defective fans and defective sensors. Click on the Operating System from the list below to learn how to access the Event Viewer.
Inspect the computer for clogged or obstructed air vents then re-run the diagnostics.
  Before performing any of the procedures in this section, read and follow the safety instructions in Dell Knowledge Base Article: "Precautionary Measures for Personal Safety" Article ID: 339031
  Remove any and all power sources Including but not limited to: AC Adapter, Battery, or Desktop Power Cord, before you remove or reinstall an item in your computer.
