Error message: No support for Drive Self Test.

  Before performing any of the procedures in this section, read and follow the safety instructions in Dell Knowledge Base Article: "Precautionary Measures for Personal Safety" Article ID: 339031
  Remove any and all power sources Including but not limited to: AC Adapter, Battery, or Desktop Power Cord, before you remove or reinstall an item in your computer.

Contact Technical Support when your system is in warranty. To check if your warranty is active, refer to Dell Knowledge base article How to Check When When Your Warranty Expires.

If your warranty has expired, a new Hard Drive can be purchased at the Dell Storage, Drives & Media web site.
If the computer is able to boot into Windows you should back up your important information and files, for information on how to do this, refer to Dell Knowledge Base article Backing up and Restoring Important Files and Data.
