You may download an application (in PDF format) from our website at https://www.SLS.net or contact us at 1-800-315-4757 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. MT. Specialized Loan Servicing LLC accepts calls from relay services on behalf of hearing impaired borrowers. Payments can be drafted from your bank account (checking or savings) on a monthly basis, saving you time and money.
Western Union Bill Payment
You may go to the Western Union office nearest you or call 1-800-325-6000 to locate the nearest office. They will need your loan number, and reference the company name "SLS". The city code is "PAYSLS". Please contact Specialized Loan Servicing LLC at 1-800-315-4757 and provide the MTCN number.
You may find a MoneyGram Branch using www.MoneyGram.com or calling 1-800-666-3947. You will need the complete loan number and our Receive Code, "6114". Please contact Specialized Loan Servicing LLC at 1-800-315-4757 and provide the reference number.
Bank Bill Pay
You may set up electronic payment through your bank. You will need the California P.O. Box address to set up the payment:
This requires the submission of money orders or bank checks. Personal checks cannot be accepted when payment is required as certified funds.
Payment Drop Box
The payment drop box is located on the first floor directly east of the security desk. The box is on the North wall and is clearly labeled as an SLS Payment Drop Box. The box is checked twice daily and all payments are effective dated for the date they are left.
We do NOT accept Cash payments.

Any documentation being dropped off MUST be signed by ALL appropriate parties.
Envelopes are available at the payment drop box that requests all the above information; however, it is best that the borrower have all of the pertinent information referenced prior to dropping off a payment and/or documents.
PLEASE NOTE – Under no circumstance would Specialized Loan Servicing LLC (“SLS”) require or request borrowers to wire or submit funds to an individual. Online payments are accepted through our website by our trusted processor Official Payments® by ACI Worldwide. All payments should be made to Specialized Loan Servicing LLC. If you have received such a request, please notify our Customer Care Department at 1-800-315-4757 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. MT.
