You: When will my payment be credited?
Albert:Payments received in proper form on a business day prior to 8:00 p.m. ET will be effective dated and processed as of the date of receipt.

Payments posted through the ACI Official Payments system (online, 24-Hour automated support, or live representative) will be posted to the account on the same business day if the transaction is completed by 6:00 p.m. MT.

Payments made on Friday and Saturday will be processed as if they were received on Friday. Payments made on Sunday and Monday will be processed as if they were received on Monday.

PLEASE NOTE – Under no circumstance would Specialized Loan Servicing LLC (“SLS”) require or request borrowers to wire or submit funds to an individual. Online payments are accepted through our website by our trusted processor Official Payments® by ACI Worldwide. All payments should be made to Specialized Loan Servicing LLC. If you have received such a request, please notify our Customer Care Department at 1-800-315-4757 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. MT.  SLS accepts calls from relay services on behalf of hearing impaired borrowers.
