From time-to-time, Computershare or your Employer may send a personalised email containing a dedicated link to your account. To access your account, click on the email link which will launch Employee Online on your browser.

Enter your PIN or password when prompted.  If you don't know your PIN or password, I can help you with that.

Personalised links are a secure and convenient way to access your account, however you must not disclose or share this link with another person. Computershare will never ask you to send an email containing your PIN, password or other confidential information.

NB: unauthorised parties occasionally try to falsely collect personal information by masquerading as a trustworthy entity.  These attempts are called phishing and might involve falsified emails and/or websites.  If you are unsure, do not click the link.  You can always go directly to Employee Online and enter your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) and PIN or username and password to access your account.
