Your Authorisation Code (FIN) is a four-digit numerical security code which operates in a similar way to a PIN on a bank account. Should you wish to sell your NZX-Listed shares through a share broker, you will be required to advise them of your FIN. You will also require your FIN to register for Investor Centre. You should keep your FIN in a safe place or commit it to memory.
