If you are seeing the message, "The scan failed. SecureAnywhere cannot reach the internet to obtain threat information," perform the following:
  1. Restart your Mac. This most often resolves the issue.
  2. If that does not resolve the issue, make sure your software is up to date. You may need to restart again after the updates are installed to see if this resolved the issue.
  3. If you are still seeing this message after trying the steps above, please contact Webroot Support
