Penny:Computershare offers a live chat feature. The user can ask contextual questions and an agent will respond in real time. The agent will not have access to the user’s computer screen or their account information. Upon an idle period of time on the Investor Center home page or registration page, a pop-up window will automatically launch and ask the user if he or she needs help.

Representatives are available to chat Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. If a representative is available, you can engage in a Live Chat conversation.
